Synopsis

In middle school, I was confessed to by a senior one year older than me. He had long, slender fingers that played the piano beautifully. With top grades and striking looks, he was the idol of our rural school. Being chosen by him was my secret pride. However, shortly after we started dating, I broke up with him out of cowardice, fearing I’d get hurt because I loved him too much. In truth, I was hopelessly in love with him. That unrequited love turned into an obsession, and even now as an adult, I can't stop secretly checking his social media. Amidst days of feeling down while seeing my friends' fulfilling posts, my only support was those faint memories of middle school. Then one day, an unbelievable notification appeared on my profile. It was him. Panicked that my stalking had been discovered, I gathered my courage and sent a DM. That led to our first reunion in five years. The man who appeared before me was just as he was, yet even more mature and captivating. As we talked over dinner, he saw right through me, teasing me with a composed attitude. "I really did love you, Senpai. I only broke up with you because I loved you too much..." When I confessed my old feelings, he gave a mysterious smile. "Hmm. So, you won't fall for me again?"
